NCI offers several courses for various trades involved in the insurance claims process.  Most of our courses are tailored for the roofing industry, however we have specialized learning for attorneys and public adjusters as well.  NCI also provides workshops pertaining to mediation, appraisal, umpiring, arbitration and depositions.

NCI is located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. NCI has a state of the art, interactive, hands-on learning environment attracting students from all over the country. 

A public adjuster is an independent insurance professional that a policyholder may hire to help settle an insurance claim on his or her behalf.  Public adjusters often work with roofers and attorneys throughout the claims process.

NCI’s facility consists of  two large classroom spaces with interactive resources, as well as a home onsite which is used for hands-on learning. NCI’s facility allows our students to be fully engaged throughout their learning experience.

The in-person courses have an intimate conversational feel. The day begins in the classroom for instruction and ends with interactive, hands-on training that brings the instruction to life.  Our courses conclude with an opportunity to network with other industry professionals.

The length of our courses range from 1 to 5 days depending on which course you are enrolled in.

Many of our courses offer certification, but not all of our courses include certification. To receive certification for those courses that we offer, students must show their competency in the subject by passing an end of course examination and/or turning in a satisfactory test claim/inspection file.

While we can accommodate close to 300 students at a time, we prefer a smaller class size to better interact with our students. The average class size at NCI will be between 40-50 students. Some of our more niche classes may have as little as 10 students due to the subject being discussed.  We also offer private group instruction, contact us for more information.

While we try to cover most of our content in the classroom, there are some courses that require a claim/inspection file be turned in at the end of the class in order to achieve a certification.
