I’m really excited to be a part of the National Claims Institute, a Property Insurance Claims School and Research Facility. With my extensive background in both skilled trades and all facets of the Public Adjuster claims adjustment process, I hope to further the mission here at the National Claims Institute in providing exceptional Insurance Claim training. I have always enjoyed being helpful to my colleagues and peers throughout my career and pride myself on my expertise as an insurance professional and educator. Teaching complex topics in a simple but effective way and having our students here at the National Claims Institute quickly understand the claims adjustment process is my passion.

It’s been a goal of mine to create a school like the National Claims Institute for some time, but the reality of finding the time to do so while also running a large Public Adjuster firm in Georgia was making my vision less likely to take shape. When I was asked to be a part of the National Claims Institute, I was humbled and honored. Our programs are state-of-the-art and provide real world industry leading Insurance Claims Training. Applying policy language to every aspect of the Insurance Claim training gives our students the utmost confidence in what they do.

Through partnership agreements we are able to make sure my own Insurance Claims firm lives on, so I could then focus full time on running the National Claims Institute and develop our industry leading Insurance Claim School and coursework. Combined with my passion and our talented team of expert instructors, I am confident that National Claims Institute will always have industry leading courses available within the Insurance claims industry.

Over the years I’ve spoken at many events and taught classes with great reception. While being well known for my Listen to this Bull podcast, there is no way I can provide enough detail to properly educate listeners on successful claims handling. I always seem to have to water things down in order to meet time constraints and retain an audience’s attention.

Our In-Person and Online courses at National Claims Institute will allow us to dig as deep as our students allow us, free of time constraints or platform. The sheer scale at which we are building National Claims Institute is, well, it’s staggering. I’m probably a little biased, but I can’t wait to see what our students have to say about our Public Adjuster courses and how it changes their lives as a Public Adjuster!
